The proposed new electoral boundary changes have been announced. People are free to make submissions until June when the final lines will be drawn. Auckland has some significant changes, including the addition of a new electorate called Howick. Click this link to go to elections.org and type your address into the map to see where you may be in a few months! (Be warned, the interface is a bit tricky. Entering Auckland as your city gives you all the Auckland Roads in the country, regardless of your street name. It's best to just put your street name in and choose from the list.)
